The Finnmark FD-7 Thermo-Aspen Combination Barrel Sauna is an outdoor barrel that runs full-spectrum infrared and a traditional rock heater in the same cabin. Pour water over the stones for real steam, or use infrared alone for a longer, gentler session. The shell is thermally modified European Aspen, a timber treated with heat and steam so it resists rot and warping without chemicals, which is what you want for a sauna that lives outside year round.
