Bring Vitality Home
Homefront Vitality began with two people who've spent their careers caring for others — and a shared belief that recovery deserves a place in everyday life, not just an emergency.
How We Met
Believe it or not, we met in a sauna. Looking back, it feels like the perfect beginning to a journey that eventually became Homefront Vitality.
Our Story
I'm Sofiya — a registered nurse for the past 15 years, a former high school teacher, and currently working toward my Family Nurse Practitioner degree. My husband John has spent his career in Emergency Medical Services. Together, we've spent our working lives showing up for people during some of their most vulnerable moments.
Outside of work, wellness has always had a place in our home. I was introduced to traditional sauna culture growing up in Ukraine, around the age of ten — long before it was a trend. Sauna sessions were simply part of everyday life, and those early years shaped how I think about rest, routine, and taking care of the body.
Years of long shifts and raising children reinforced the same lesson again and again: recovery isn't a luxury, it's a habit worth building. Over time, our family naturally built a lifestyle around it — strength training, home gyms, traditional and infrared saunas, red light therapy, and other wellness tools that became part of how we spend our days together.
Our Family
Today we're a blended family raising six children together. Our youngest son, Gabe, is on the autism spectrum, and raising him has only deepened our commitment to building a home centered on wellness — not perfection, just consistency, one day at a time.
Why Homefront Vitality
We don't choose products because they're trending. We choose them because they're the same tools we'd bring into our own home — and many already have. Our combined years in healthcare shape how we evaluate every product we carry: with an eye for quality, reliability, and everyday usefulness.
Our mission is simple — to help every family create a home where recovery, movement, and wellness are simply part of everyday life. Because your health shouldn't be something you only think about when it's gone.
